Emmaus offer a bespoke job template system, including the creation of your own school branded adverts. To aid us with the development of your micro site we would ask that you provide us with the images and content you would like to appear on your micro site content (If you are not sure about how you would like your micro site to look, don’t worry since we will advise and help you throughout the process).
Our design team will put your micro site together based on the information you provide. Our Template (link here) consists of the following:
School Logo:
Appears on the job search results page. This is a non-animated image.
Requirements:
Dimensions: 120 pixels x 60 pixels
Image Format: jpeg or gif.
Resolution 72 dpi.
Template Header:
Appears at the top of the micro site, this would usually consist of a logo and or images of your school.
Requirements:
Dimensions: 863 pixels x 183 pixels
Image Format: jpeg or gif.
Resolution 72 dpi.
Colour Schemes:
Our template consists of 3 main colour types. Your primary school colour and your secondary colour. If you know your pantone/hex reference for your colours then please email them to us.
Documents:
Our micro sites can have school specific documents (e.g. About Us, Ofsted report etc) and vacancy specific documents, both of which will appear on your micro site. The school specific documents will appear on all jobs (if you are advertising multiple jobs).
We accept Word documents (doc and docx) and Adobe Acrobat PDF files. Please keep the file sizes to a manageable size for ease of use online.
Map:
We will add a map to your micro site / job advert, powered by Google Maps to aid candidates in finding out more local information.
Next Steps:
Once your account has been activated by one of our team, you will be contacted and the development of you micro site will begin on receipt of your content being sent over.
Emmaus Recruitment will then send over the built micro site for you approval. On approval your jobs will be activated.
Applications:
Once a candidate applies to your vacancy you will be notified via email. We encourage candidates to show their interest in a vacancy by making it relatively easy for them to register their details. It may well be that in the early stages of their registration they won’t have complete an Application Form or uploaded their CV. But with the contact information we have on them, a member of the Emmaus Recruitment Team will then contact the candidate on your behalf in order to discuss their interest and encourage them to complete their application.
Once a candidate has completed this process their application details will automatically be made available to you.
An Emmaus Consultant will contact you shortly to discuss how we can be of service. Alternativley, feel free to call or email us. Our office hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
