We try to encourage all of our schools to provide us with feedback which we can then forward onto you, since we know this can be a vital help in assisting you with improving your future applications. Unfortunately, however, we cannot force schools to provide feedback and in the case where they are recruiting numerous roles and/or are inundated with applications, it's often just not possible for schools to manage the administrative effort involved in providing feedback for applicants who have not been shortlisted.
If you have not heard from the school or Emmaus after a reasonable time following your application then you should assume that you have not been successful.
Should, however, you be invited for interview and then not be successful, the school will almost certainly provide you with feedback on the day and/or arrange to provide you with this soon after the interview.
